Terms and Conditions

• All prices include VAT.
• Please note that catamarans reserve two spaces and are charged for both.
• Please contact us on VHF channel 73 to receive directions before arriving at or leaving the pontoon, as one of our staff must always be present during these operations.
• Arrival time is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM and departure between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM midday, unless otherwise agreed.
• The boat’s registration and updated insurance are required upon request to proceed with the reservation.
• Fees must be paid in advance for non-accounted clients.
• The vessel must be in good working order and seaworthy condition, with any known faults recorded with our office.
• In the event of damage or theft, this is the responsibility of the vessel’s owner/insurer.
• Indemnity
  The owner(s) agree, throughout these terms and conditions, to indemnify and hold harmless Ionian Boat Assistance from and against any and all loss, damage, or liability (criminal or civil) suffered, including legal fees and costs incurred by Ionian Boat Assistance resulting from or arising out of a breach of these terms and conditions by the owner or its agents. In addition, the owner(s) hereby undertake to indemnify Ionian Boat Assistance, our servants, and service providers and hold them harmless against claims of any kind whatsoever which may be made by third-party service providers in respect of services.
• We, as Ionian Boat Assistance LTD, hold no responsibility for loss or damage to the boat or equipment whatsoever
